Elie Dufeu

Elie Dufeu is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Metreecs, an artificial intelligence demand forecasting platform based in the United States. He holds degrees in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique and Data Science from Columbia University, providing the academic foundation for his predictive modeling expertise. Prior to launching his current venture in 2024, Dufeu developed complex forecasting models for various financial institutions. At Metreecs, he oversees technical development for a six-person team that recently secured €2.7 million in seed funding from investors including Y Combinator and Kima Ventures. The retail technology startup, which participated in Y Combinator's Fall 2024 cohort, utilizes his data science architecture to optimize inventory management and recently expanded operations into Italy. Dufeu currently focuses on scaling B2B SaaS solutions that apply advanced machine learning to solve retail supply chain inefficiencies.
