Eloa Guillotin

Eloa Guillotin is the co-founder and CEO of Beyond Aero, an aerospace startup based in Toulouse, France. Under her leadership, the 32-employee company is developing an eight-person hydrogen-electric private aircraft capable of a 1,000-mile range. Guillotin recently secured a $20 million seed funding round co-led by Giant Ventures and Bpifrance, bringing total capital raised to $24 million, and has identified potential buyers for over 70 aircraft valued at $580 million. Before establishing Beyond Aero, she served as Chief of Staff at the NYC Innovation Collective and earned master's degrees in aeronautic engineering and entrepreneurship from ISAE-SUPAERO and HEC Paris. In February 2024, her engineering team successfully achieved France's first manned flight of a hydrogen-electric aircraft. Her current focus centers on scaling climate tech solutions to decarbonize the private aviation sector through zero-emission propulsion systems.
