Emil Soerensen

Emil Soerensen is a technology entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Kapa.ai, an enterprise artificial intelligence startup backed by Y Combinator during its highly competitive Summer 2023 batch. His company specializes in developing large language model tools that convert technical manuals into functional customer-facing assistants for software development platforms. Focusing on B2B SaaS and enterprise software, Kapa.ai currently provides advanced technical documentation solutions for major technology organizations, including Docker, Sentry, Grafana, and OpenAI. Prior to launching this artificial intelligence venture alongside his co-founder Finn, Soerensen worked as an Engagement Manager at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. To build his foundation in both technology and business, he earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Imperial College London and a Master of Science in Finance from the London School of Economics.
