Eno Reyes

Eno Reyes is the Co-founder and CTO of Factory, an artificial intelligence startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At Factory, he leads the technical development of autonomous AI agents for software engineering and recently helped secure $20 million in total early-stage funding, including a $15 million Series A round. The company is backed by prominent venture capital firms, including a recent partnership with Sequoia Capital. Prior to his current venture, Reyes worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Hugging Face and served as a Software Engineer at Microsoft. He also co-founded 23cubed, an emerging technology consulting firm that advised over 30 organizations, and earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Princeton University. His career focuses on advancing machine learning applications and building developer tools that automate complex software engineering workflows.
