Eric Futoran is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Embrace, an enterprise mobile observability software platform, based in Los Angeles, California. Established in 2016, Embrace captures comprehensive user session data to diagnose complex engineering issues and has secured significant venture capital backing, including a $45 million Series B financing round. Previously, he co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer of Scopely, a prominent mobile games publisher that was ultimately acquired for $4.9 billion in April 2023. Before his tenure at Scopely, Futoran built early enterprise data management platforms and held various technical sales, product management, and corporate business development roles at IBM and AppLovin. As a 1995 Duke University graduate, he maintains a primary professional focus on advancing mobile infrastructure, application observability, and data science technologies for modern software engineering teams.
