Eric Maciolek

Eric Maciolek is the President and Co-Founder of H3X Technologies, an advanced electric powertrain manufacturer based in Denver, Colorado. At the Y Combinator-backed aerospace hardware startup, he oversees all corporate operations and mechanical design for ultra-high power density electric motors, recently helping the company secure a $20 million Series A funding round in August 2024. Before co-founding H3X, Maciolek led ground-up development projects for electric and hybrid powertrain control systems during his engineering tenures at New Eagle and Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions. His earlier professional engineering experience includes technical roles at COLSA and Wisconsin Racing, complementing his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Maciolek currently focuses on bridging advanced engineering theory with scalable hardware manufacturing to advance electrification across the commercial aerospace, marine, and defense sectors.
