Esha Dinne

Esha Dinne is the cofounder and Chief Technology Officer of Giga ML, an enterprise voice artificial intelligence startup. The Y Combinator-backed company has raised $61 million from Silicon Valley investors and deployed AI agents that process over one million customer support tickets monthly. Giga ML currently powers automated customer service infrastructure for major technology clients, including DoorDash, Postman, and Zepto. She graduated third in her class from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2023 with a computer science degree and completed a systems engineering internship at Quadeye Securities. Dinne declined a $525,000 quantitative trading offer and a Stanford doctoral program to build the startup, earning recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list in 2024. Her current focus centers on advancing machine learning systems and scaling voice AI solutions for global enterprise support operations.
