Ethan Lieber

Ethan Lieber is the co-founder and CEO of Latchel, a property maintenance coordination software platform based in San Francisco, California. He led the company through the Y Combinator Winter 2019 batch and subsequently scaled the software to serve over 100,000 rental units across the United States market. Under his leadership, Latchel secured a $16.7 million Series A funding round led by F-Prime Capital in 2022 to expand its operational footprint. By early 2026, the platform had successfully processed more than 1 million maintenance requests for its growing network of property managers. Previously, Lieber served as Director of Product at OPO, a home services lead generation startup that was later fully acquired and integrated into Thumbtack. His professional career focuses on building B2B SaaS solutions and optimizing marketplace dynamics within the property technology and home services sectors.
