Evan Lyall

Evan Lyall is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Rosebud Biosciences, a biotechnology company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. He holds a PhD in neuroscience from the University of California, Berkeley, where his academic research extensively investigated the neural coding of perception. During his academic tenure, Lyall contributed to the development of the world's first bidirectional brain-machine interface with proven single-cell resolution, resulting in multiple publications indexed on Google Scholar. Prior to his current executive role, he accumulated over 10 years of domain experience working as a scientist and engineer, including serving as an independent contract data and machine learning engineer for several early-stage technology startups.
