Evan Wineland

Evan Wineland is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Weave Robotics, an early-stage hardware startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024 alongside Kaan Dogrusoz and backed by the Y Combinator S24 accelerator batch, the company develops general-purpose personal robots designed to automate physical household and commercial chores. Under his leadership, the firm introduced its flagship robot, Isaac, and achieved paid commercial deployments in local laundromats within its first year, with plans to ship units to home consumers by 2026. Previously, he served as a Lead AI Product Manager at Apple, where he directed product development for Next-Gen Siri, on-device personalization, and Focus modes. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Wineland currently focuses his career on the intersection of artificial intelligence product management and practical consumer robotics.
