Fabian Torres

Fabian Torres is the Co-Founder of Trébol, an early-stage financial technology and payments startup based in Mexico City, Mexico. He established the business-to-business enterprise in 2023 and subsequently led the company through the Y Combinator accelerator program as a selected participant in the Summer 2023 batch. Prior to launching his own venture, Torres worked as a product leader at Clara, where he directed product management teams to scale the corporate spend management platform. Before transitioning into startup operations, he began his professional career working as an investor in the traditional finance sector. During this initial period, he focused on executing private equity and venture capital investments across various emerging Latin American markets. Today, his primary professional focus centers on building early-stage financial technology products and expanding digital payment infrastructures throughout the broader Latin American technology ecosystem.
