Fernando Rojo

Fernando Rojo is the Head of Mobile at Vercel and is currently based in New York City, New York. Prior to assuming this executive position, he developed Solito, a popular open-source framework designed to unite React Native and Next.js codebases, which was subsequently acquired by Vercel. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Rojo previously co-founded the music booking platform BeatGig, successfully guiding the startup through the Y Combinator Winter 2019 batch. His earlier entrepreneurial ventures include founding PATOS Shoes, a footwear brand launched through a Kickstarter campaign in 2016. Alongside his startup experience, he is a prolific open-source maintainer who manages widely used developer tools such as Moti and Dripsy. Rojo's current focus centers on advancing cross-platform mobile development ecosystems while engineering native applications for Vercel's artificial intelligence prototyping tools.
