Francisco Homem de Mello is a Brazilian technology entrepreneur and active angel investor best known as the founder of the software company Qulture.Rocks. Before transitioning to the technology sector, he spent ten years working in the investment banking and investment management industries, later serving as a Product Manager at Nubank. He established the human resources platform Qulture.Rocks, which participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2018 cohort and was successfully sold in 2022. While completing a post-acquisition earn-out period that extends through the year 2026, he has built an early-stage investment portfolio comprising more than twenty technology startup companies. Additionally, he has authored multiple organizational management books, including The 3G Way, OKRs: From Mission to Metrics, and Talent Science, while focusing his current efforts on enterprise software, business-to-business SaaS applications, and advancing people management technology.
