Geronimo Maspero

Geronimo Maspero is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Humand, a Y Combinator-backed enterprise software company from the W22 cohort. At Humand, he oversees the development of digital community platforms that facilitate organizational engagement and collaboration for global enterprises, including ArcelorMittal. Prior to this role, he led TechTrek, where he orchestrated Silicon Valley immersion programs and technical hackathons that connected more than 100 participants across various innovation hubs. Maspero holds a software engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and previously won the JP Morgan Code for Good competition in 2019. His early career also included competing at TechCrunch Disrupt in 2019 and receiving an invitation to the MIT Artificial Intelligence Summit in 2020. His current focus remains on scaling enterprise community-building technology and advancing organizational productivity through applied software engineering.
