Giovanni Luperti

Giovanni Luperti is the CEO and cofounder of Humaans, an enterprise human resources technology platform based in London, United Kingdom. He established the modular employee data management company in 2020 alongside Karolis Narkevicius, subsequently guiding the startup through the Y Combinator Winter 2021 batch. Under his executive leadership, Humaans secured a $15 million Series A funding round in 2022 backed by notable venture capital investors including Lachy Groom and Frontline Ventures. Prior to launching his own enterprise, Luperti served as the Director of Product Design at Qubit, a digital experience optimization software firm that was later acquired by Coveo. During his tenure there, he developed extensive domain expertise in user interface design and business software product development. His professional background centers on scaling enterprise software, with a current focus on developing artificial intelligence workflows for modern human resources operations.
