Gladys Adjei is the Chief Product Officer at Aragorn, where she currently leads product strategy and development for the growing technology startup. Before joining the executive management team at Aragorn, she began her professional career in the defense contracting sector as a systems engineer at Raytheon. During her tenure at the aerospace and defense conglomerate, Adjei specialized in designing and developing advanced data security systems. Her engineering work primarily focused on building classified technology infrastructure and highly secure data management solutions for the United States intelligence community. She subsequently transitioned from her technical engineering roles within the traditional defense industry to senior product leadership positions within the early-stage startup ecosystem. Adjei currently focuses on leveraging her deep expertise in data security and defense technology to guide product vision, strategy, and execution at emerging commercial ventures.
