Glenn Espinosa

Glenn Espinosa is the Founder and CEO of Luthor and a software engineer based in Washington DC, USA. Prior to launching his current startup, he worked as a Software Engineer at Square, the fintech enterprise now known as Block, Inc., where he gained foundational experience in corporate engineering. Before transitioning into the technology sector, Espinosa built a first career as a registered nurse specializing in mental health and orthopedic postoperative care. As a developer, his technical expertise includes test-driven development, object-oriented programming, domain-driven design, and regular open-source contributions, which he complements by running Alexandria Code & Coffee, a local community organization dedicated to facilitating mentorship between experienced programmers and novice developers. His current focus centers on leading Luthor while leveraging his unique dual background in healthcare and fintech to build early-stage SaaS enterprise solutions.
