Graham McNicoll

Graham McNicoll is a three-time startup founder and the Co-Founder and CEO of GrowthBook, a popular open-source feature flagging and A/B testing platform backed by Y Combinator. Previously, he spent over six years at Education.com as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product and Engineering, scaling the platform to reach millions of users before its successful exit in 2019. With more than thirteen years of product development experience, his earlier career includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Co-Founder at Worldlinked, Inc., and serving as an engineering leadership mentor at Plato. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and previously established an international non-profit organization dedicated to increasing communication access across sub-Saharan Africa. Today, his professional focus centers on building innovative developer tools and expanding open-source experimentation infrastructure.
