Guilherme Delai

Guilherme Delai is the Technical Co-Founder of Lexter.ai, an artificial intelligence platform for legal document analysis, and is currently based in São Paulo, Brazil. He established the legal technology startup in 2020 as Brazil's first legal large language model company, guiding its participation in the Y Combinator Winter 2022 batch and scaling the organization to 18 employees. Before launching Lexter.ai, Delai worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Upwork in 2019 and served as Head Developer and a founding team member at the healthtech venture eDoc Saúde in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, while also completing early career internships at JPMorgan Chase and Itaú BBA. His professional background combines full-stack software development with a current focus on engineering machine learning solutions for business-to-business software applications.
