Indrajeet Roy

Indrajeet Roy is the Founder of Hoi Foods, a food technology company based in the Delhi NCR region of India. Under his leadership, the enterprise has scaled its operations to become the fifth-largest cloud kitchen network operating within the Indian market. Prior to entering the food technology sector, Roy established Skillwill, an employability assessment platform designed for the human resources and education technology sectors. He successfully managed the acquisition and exit of the Skillwill business in 2016 following his graduation with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Beyond his primary corporate ventures, he is an active cryptocurrency trader who applies first-principles thinking to evaluate emerging markets. Roy currently focuses on expanding scalable cloud kitchen infrastructure while maintaining his broader interests in digital asset markets and technology-driven business models.
