Isaac Phillips

Isaac Phillips is the Founder of Siglo, a blockchain-based digital inclusion and connectivity startup located in Mexico City that he established in 2018 to create a decentralized protocol for mobile networks. Prior to this, he co-founded the mobile application Pig.gi in 2015, successfully scaling its ad-sponsored cellular airtime platform to over one million registered users across Mexico and Colombia. Earlier in his career, he gained deep domain expertise in traditional telecommunications through various leadership and operational roles at both Dish Mexico and EchoStar. Originally from Colorado, the technology entrepreneur has dedicated his professional life to building platforms that leverage mobile connectivity to empower underserved populations throughout emerging Latin American markets. Today, his primary focus centers on utilizing wireless technology and decentralized blockchain networks to advance financial inclusion, educational technology, and digital access for communities in need.
