Isabelle Ilyia

Isabelle Ilyia is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Cedar, an enterprise artificial intelligence startup currently based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2025 and backed by Y Combinator as part of its Winter 2025 batch, Cedar develops an AI copilot software development kit specifically designed for B2B applications. Under her technical leadership, the platform provides voice capabilities, human-in-the-loop workflows, and real-time analytics, securing early production deployments with emerging technology companies including Cursor, Pylon, and Warp. Prior to launching Cedar, Ilyia worked as a software engineer at several prominent technology firms, holding technical roles at Figma, Notion, and LinkedIn. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her current focus centers on engineering scalable artificial intelligence infrastructure and copilot frameworks for enterprise sales and GTM teams.
