Jake Loosararian

Jake Loosararian is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gecko Robotics, a Pittsburgh-based enterprise valued at over $1 billion that develops wall-climbing robots and AI software for industrial inspections. He developed his initial prototype to solve power plant boiler failures while studying electrical engineering at Grove City College, subsequently launching the company through Y Combinator. Under his leadership, Gecko Robotics has raised over $200 million in total funding, including a $143 million Series C round led by Andreessen Horowitz and Founders Fund. The firm provides critical asset integrity technology to Fortune 500 manufacturing and energy clients, and recently expanded its defense partnerships with the U.S. Navy to monitor nuclear infrastructure. Loosararian also oversaw the launch of Cantilever, an AI-powered predictive maintenance platform, further advancing his mission to protect physical infrastructure across the global energy and defense sectors.
