James Wu

James Wu is an engineering leader specializing in platform architecture, DevSecOps, and large-scale cloud infrastructure management. He previously served as the Director of Engineering at Tubi, where he was responsible for hiring and scaling the core platform engineering team to support rapid operational growth. During his tenure at the streaming service, Wu directly managed an autoscaling Kubernetes cluster containing more than 1,500 nodes while overseeing a multimillion-dollar annual technology budget to optimize cloud costs. Before joining Tubi, he worked as a Principal Engineer at Minted, operating as a full-stack developer with a specialized focus on implementing comprehensive DevSecOps practices across the organization.
