Jan-Henrik Lambrechts

Jan-Henrik Lambrechts is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Converge, a marketing technology startup based in New York, New York. Backed by Y Combinator and Uncorrelated Ventures, the four-employee company provides a business-to-business platform that improves advertising performance, identity resolution, and attribution accuracy for direct-to-consumer online stores. Prior to launching the enterprise during the Summer 2023 accelerator cohort, he earned a Master of Science in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University. During his academic tenure, he worked as a visiting scientist and researcher specializing in the development of machine learning vision models. He also gained professional experience through technical internships before transitioning into the marketing analytics sector. Lambrechts currently focuses on bridging his artificial intelligence expertise with practical startup leadership to solve complex data collection and consent management challenges in a privacy-restricted digital landscape.
