Jared Houghton

Jared Houghton is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Ambition, a B2B sales performance software company based in Atlanta, Georgia. He initially launched the platform alongside his co-founders through the Y Combinator accelerator program in 2014 and has since helped secure over $20 million in total venture funding, including a $16 million Series B round led by High Alpha. Under his direct commercial leadership, the company's sales technology and workplace gamification tools have been deployed by major enterprise organizations such as Cisco and T-Mobile to track performance metrics and run coaching sessions. Prior to establishing the startup, he developed deep domain expertise in enterprise sales and earned an undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
