Jared Quincy Davis

Jared Quincy Davis is the Founder and CEO of Foundry, an AI cloud infrastructure platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He established the company in 2022 to address global GPU compute orchestration and recently led the startup out of stealth in February 2024 with $80 million in combined Seed and Series A funding at a reported $350 million valuation. Prior to launching Foundry, Davis worked as a Research Scientist at DeepMind and concurrently served as a Principal and Advisor at Khosla Ventures between April 2021 and April 2022. He also holds a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University and has operated as an early-stage venture scout for Sequoia Capital since July 2022. His current focus centers on optimizing distributed computing systems and scaling machine learning infrastructure to maximize hardware utilization for enterprise artificial intelligence workloads.
