Jason Boehmig

Jason Boehmig is the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of Ironclad, a contract lifecycle management software company based in San Francisco, California. Before launching the startup in 2014, he worked as a corporate attorney at Fenwick & West, where he specialized in venture financing and technology transactions. His earlier career included serving as a bond trader and associate at Lehman Brothers, and he later spent six years working as an adjunct professor of law. Under his leadership, Ironclad participated in the 2015 Y Combinator cohort and eventually reached a $3.2 billion valuation following a $150 million Series E funding round. The enterprise software platform has secured over $300 million in total capital from prominent venture capital firms including Accel. Boehmig currently focuses on integrating generative artificial intelligence into legal operations to automate and streamline complex enterprise contract workflows.
