Jason Shen

Jason Shen is an Executive Coach based in Brooklyn, New York, where he advises technology entrepreneurs. He previously spent 14 years in the technology sector as a three-time startup founder and held Product Manager roles at major platforms including Facebook and Etsy. Before establishing his career in the Silicon Valley ecosystem, Shen immigrated from China and competed as an NCAA gymnast while completing his education at Stanford University. In his current independent advisory practice, he provides leadership development and executive coaching services to an active roster of more than 12 outlier founders and senior leaders. He is also the published author of The Path to Pivot, a book designed to help technology entrepreneurs navigate complex business transitions. Shen currently focuses on leveraging his operational background to guide startup executives through critical career pivots and organizational scaling challenges.
