Jason Spector

Jason Spector is the co-founder and CEO of Lucite, a Y Combinator-backed artificial intelligence platform for group benefits advisors and insurance brokers, based in New York. He began his professional career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan after earning a bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University between the years 2016 and 2020. Following his tenure in traditional investment banking, Spector transitioned to the private markets as a growth equity investor at WestCap. In this capacity, he focused primarily on evaluating and executing investments across the financial technology and cybersecurity sectors before leaving to launch his own enterprise alongside his technical co-founder. His current focus centers on leveraging his extensive financial services expertise to build specialized artificial intelligence tools that streamline complex operations for the commercial insurance brokerage industry.
