Javier Palafox

Javier Palafox is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of HappyRobot, an artificial intelligence startup based in San Francisco, California. Before launching the technology company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Olio, managing corporate financial operations for the $300 million consumer packaged goods brand across North America. He transitioned from corporate finance into the artificial intelligence sector by partnering with his brother, Chief Executive Officer Pablo Palafox, to develop advanced machine learning and process automation solutions. Under his operational leadership, HappyRobot participated in the 2023 Y Combinator accelerator cohort and subsequently secured a $44 million Series B funding round in September 2025 with backing from institutional investors including Base10. Palafox currently focuses on scaling AI voice automation platforms and digital workers for enterprise clients across the logistics, freight, supply chain, and utility sectors.
