Jerry Qian

Jerry Qian is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reacher, an artificial intelligence startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 2024 alongside co-founder Bora Mutluoglu, the business operates with approximately 15 employees and develops business-to-business software designed to automate creator marketing campaigns for large enterprise brands. Reacher was recently selected to participate in the highly competitive Y Combinator Summer 2025 accelerator batch. Prior to launching his own venture, Qian held technical and engineering roles at prominent organizations including Meta, Palo Alto Networks, and NASA. He completed his higher education across the University of California system, with studies at the UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, and UC Santa Cruz campuses. His professional background centers on leveraging his software engineering expertise to build automated marketing infrastructure and scalable solutions for modern technology enterprises.
