Jonathan Norris

Jonathan Norris is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of DevCycle, a feature flag management platform based in Toronto, Canada. He previously co-founded Taplytics, participating in the Y Combinator Winter 2014 batch and raising an initial $7.8 million to build mobile A/B testing tools for major enterprise clients. In 2022, Norris helped secure an additional $5 million in funding to pivot the company's core infrastructure into DevCycle, which now employs 55 people and processes billions of daily software events. Expanding his influence in the developer tools sector, he was elected to the OpenFeature Governance Committee in 2023 after achieving full software development kit support for the standard. His technical career stems from early work in mechanical engineering and First Robotics, establishing a foundation for his current focus on scalable software architecture and developer experience.
