Jonathan Ou

Jonathan Ou is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Resonance, an artificial intelligence marketing technology startup based in San Francisco, California. He launched the company to develop self-improving content banks for hyper-personalized marketing campaigns, securing backing from Y Combinator as part of its Winter 2024 batch before the startup was ultimately acquired. Prior to founding Resonance, Ou worked in product development at DoorDash, where he engineered voice AI systems designed to automatically process and place customer orders over the phone. His earlier enterprise software experience includes building an internal in-product messaging platform at Dropbox that generated $100 million in annual recurring revenue, as well as developing a telehealth virtual meeting platform utilizing Microsoft Teams. Ou currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to build scalable communication platforms and advanced marketing tools for enterprise applications.
