Joshua March

Joshua March is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Veritus Agent, an artificial intelligence platform built specifically for the consumer lending industry, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, he served as the Founder and CEO of Conversocial, an enterprise software-as-a-service company focused on digital customer service that was acquired by publicly traded Verint in August 2021. March also operated as the Co-founder and CEO of SCiFi Foods, an alternative protein and food technology startup backed by venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz that ceased operations in June 2024. Beyond his executive roles, he authored the book Message Me, which examines the broader impact of artificial intelligence and social media on modern consumer communication. His entrepreneurial background centers on developing scalable enterprise software and artificial intelligence solutions to automate customer service and complex lending workflows.
