Juan Burgos

Juan Burgos is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Haven, an artificial intelligence workforce platform for property management based in San Francisco, California. Backed by Y Combinator, the company deploys automated AI agents across tens of thousands of residential properties for institutional real estate clients, including Real Capital Group and Rentor. Before launching Haven in 2022, Burgos co-founded PeerPal, an admissions engagement software platform for private K-12 schools that was acquired in 2021 within two years of its inception. The Princeton University graduate recently led his current enterprise to be recognized among the top 50 AI startups in the real estate sector for 2025. At present, his professional background and current focus center on developing and scaling vertical software-as-a-service solutions that automate complex operational workflows within the education technology and property management sectors.
