Julia Hudea

Julia Hudea is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Parrot, an educational technology startup based in San Francisco, California. She established the company in 2024 alongside co-founders Erik Dahl and Amir Hanna to develop an artificial intelligence-powered language learning application featuring a short-form video interface. The enterprise, which operates with a core team of three to ten employees, secured institutional backing from Y Combinator and participated in the accelerator's Fall 2025 batch. Prior to launching this venture, she accumulated several years of technical product development experience across various early-stage startups and earned dual bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering and computer science. In her current executive capacity, she is recruiting a founding product designer to scale the platform's user experience architecture. Hudea remains focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to build immersion-first consumer applications for the digital language acquisition market.
