Julien Bek

Julien Bek is a Partner on the early-stage investment team at Sequoia Capital in London, United Kingdom. Before joining the firm in 2020 as one of its first European investment hires, he worked as an investor at Accel and Global Founders Capital following his early career as a startup founder. He completed his higher education in the United Kingdom, studying at the University of Cambridge and Warwick Business School. Promoted to his current partnership role in January 2024, Bek has previously collaborated with prominent technology companies including Revolut, Miro, BeReal, and Melio. He has recently backed emerging startups such as Dust and Tacto in 2023, alongside Lemni and Agency in 2024.
