Kavan Doctor

Kavan Doctor is the founder of Synthetic Society, a Y Combinator-backed artificial intelligence startup developing synthetic users to simulate real-world product interactions. Prior to founding the company, he studied computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before dropping out to pursue entrepreneurship. Doctor established a strong quantitative background early in his career, achieving the number 1 national ranking in mathematics in Canada and becoming a USACO Finalist as one of the top 20 competitive programmers in the United States. Professionally, he previously worked as a product engineer and served as the first employee hired at the technology company fun.xyz. He also participated in the Z-Fellows program and ultimately partnered with his high school classmate to launch his current venture. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate product testing through advanced user simulation technologies.
