Ken Ahrens is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Speedscale, an enterprise API testing and visibility platform based in Atlanta, Georgia. He established the application performance monitoring company in 2020 and subsequently led the organization through the Y Combinator accelerator program as part of the Winter 2021 batch. Prior to launching his current venture, Ahrens managed North American sales and enterprise software teams for major technology corporations, holding senior leadership roles at both New Relic and CA/Broadcom. His earlier career involved executive and operational positions at three separate technology startups that achieved successful acquisitions, specifically Pentaho's sale to Hitachi, ITKO's acquisition by CA/Broadcom, and ILC's exit to General Dynamics. Educated at Georgia Tech where he initially specialized in Java programming, his professional focus remains centered on scaling enterprise technology startups and advancing complex web application management.
