Kerry Wang

Kerry Wang is the exited Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Searchlight, an AI-driven recruiting platform, and is based in San Francisco, California. She established the company in 2018, participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2019 batch, and secured $2.6 million in seed funding before scaling a team of twelve employees. After building the initial software version as an engineer, Wang transitioned into the primary sales role and ultimately guided the startup to an acquisition by Multiverse in 2024.
