Kevin Bai

Kevin Bai is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Slash, a financial technology startup based in San Francisco, California. Under his leadership, the company developed a specialized banking platform tailored specifically for young entrepreneurs, successfully securing $19 million in Series A funding in early 2023. This institutional financing round was led by New Enterprise Associates, with additional strategic participation from prominent venture capital firms including Menlo Ventures and Y Combinator. Prior to establishing the business alongside co-founder Victor Cardenas, Bai attended Stanford University to study computer science before ultimately leaving the academic institution to participate in the Y Combinator Winter 2021 accelerator cohort.
