Landon Fielding is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Brite, an employee benefits technology startup. Prior to co-founding the software company in 2020, he spent a decade working as a benefits consultant, developing extensive expertise in strategizing and implementing comprehensive corporate insurance solutions. Under his operational leadership, Brite has rapidly scaled its digital platform to serve over 1 million eligible employees across 2,500 cities worldwide. The enterprise gained significant institutional validation by securing acceptance into the prominent startup accelerator Y Combinator, marking it as only the sixth company from Utah to achieve this specific distinction. His entrepreneurial trajectory was also recognized when he was recently featured in the Top 100 Innovators & Entrepreneurs magazine.
