Lars Gjardar Musæus

Lars Gjardar Musæus is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Crunched, where he directs the company's engineering strategy and technical architecture. Prior to this executive role, he served as a forward-deployed software engineer at Bekk, partnering directly with enterprise customers to architect and deliver custom end-to-end applications. His technical career includes engineering positions focused on building scalable cloud infrastructure at the Nordic media group Schibsted and the European information technology consultancy Sopra Steria. Additionally, he developed advanced autonomous maritime systems and real-time control software applications during his tenure at Kongsberg Defence. He earned a Master of Science degree in Cybernetics and Robotics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Musæus maintains a core professional focus on designing robust production systems, bridging the technical gap between complex distributed backends and high-performance cloud platforms.
