Lauren Reeder

Lauren Reeder is a Partner at Sequoia Capital, where she focuses on executing early-stage and seed investments across the technology sector. Prior to joining the prominent venture capital firm, she built her operational expertise by serving as the Director of Product at Segment, a leading customer data platform. Her earlier investment experience includes active involvement with First Round Capital, specifically working alongside their student-focused Dorm Room Fund and their subsequent Graduate Fund initiatives. Reeder ultimately transitioned from her operational product management career into full-time venture capital to identify, fund, and support a diverse portfolio of emerging technology startups during their most critical developmental stages.
