Lois Rogel Vence

Lois Rogel Vence is the co-founder and CEO of Momento Seguros, a full-stack auto insurtech company based in Mexico City, Mexico. Founded in 2021, the neoinsurer recently raised $10.25 million in Series A funding to target a $13 billion untapped market consisting of over 30 million uninsured vehicles in the country. Under his leadership, the startup has recruited executive talent from established financial institutions, including former senior leaders from Zurich, ING, and AXA. Prior to launching Momento Seguros, Rogel Vence spent more than three years as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where he advised financial institutions and private equity funds across Europe and the United States. He holds dual degrees in law and business administration from ICADE and currently focuses on modernizing Latin American auto insurance models through artificial intelligence and streamlined underwriting processes.
