Lucas Gordon

Lucas Gordon is the CTO and cofounder of Sohar Health, a Y Combinator-backed health technology company based in the United Kingdom. Before establishing his current venture, he served as the CTO and first employee at Pelago, formerly known as Quit Genius, where he guided the technical strategy from the pre-seed stage through a post-Series B phase. During his tenure at Pelago, Gordon helped secure over $80 million in venture funding and managed a technical department of 40 professionals across software engineering, data engineering, and information security. His academic background includes a Master's Degree in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology. Gordon leverages more than 14 years of technology startup experience to focus on building scalable software engineering organizations within the digital health sector.
