Lucas Ochoa

Lucas Ochoa is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Automat, an artificial intelligence and robotic process automation startup based in San Francisco, California. Prior to launching Automat in 2022 and raising $3.75 million in seed funding, he spent over three years at Google. At Google, he worked as a Creative Technologist and Machine Learning Engineer within the Advanced Technology and Projects group, developing novel software interactions. His earlier professional experience includes a tenure as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he contributed to enterprise software development and scaled backend infrastructure to support millions of daily users. Ochoa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University. His current focus centers on leveraging large language models to build intelligent automation platforms that streamline complex data workflows for enterprise clients.
