Luke Jones

Luke Jones is the Partner of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Rarestone Capital. In this capacity, he manages the venture capital firm's internal finances and advises its portfolio companies on treasury management, supporting a fund that has executed 36 investments, including recent seed funding rounds for Galaxis ($10 million) and Kasu ($3 million). Before joining Rarestone Capital, Jones co-founded Fortifex, an enterprise software development company focused on building private and hybrid blockchain networks for multinational organizations. His earlier career includes traditional financial market roles as a stockbroker at Ord Minnett and a finance broker at Finlease Group, complemented by an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UTS and dual bachelor's degrees from ACU. As an accredited derivatives advisor, Jones maintains a primary professional focus on cryptocurrency, on-chain investments, and blockchain technology while sharing market insights through his Blocksiders platform.
