Luke Shiels is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Interfere, an artificial intelligence software company based in New York, New York. He currently directs a seven-person engineering team developing automated bug detection and resolution tools designed to independently diagnose root causes and deploy software fixes. Under his leadership, Interfere participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2025 batch and secured over $5.1 million in early funding from institutional investors including Vercel Ventures, Hummingbird Capital, and Designer Fund. Prior to establishing his current enterprise, Shiels served as a founding member at the artificial intelligence startup Delphi, where he contributed to the technical development of digital cognitive models representing the human mind. His current professional focus centers on advancing developer tools and software reliability by leveraging artificial intelligence to automate complex engineering workflows for technical product teams.
